When you request a demo, we collect the business contact and company information you enter, including your name, work email, company, team size, selected HR needs, and any optional phone, company website, location, or business context you choose to provide.
Do not submit employee or applicant records, medical or payroll details, Social Security numbers, or other confidential information through the marketing form.
Limited website measurement
We use first-party event measurement to understand page visits and whether visitors use key product, demo, and sign-in links. These events include the page path, a general link placement, and campaign information such as UTM tags when present.
Campaign tags, the first landing path, and the referring website's hostname may be kept in session storage for the current browser session. We do not store the full referring URL, set analytics cookies, create a persistent visitor ID, or send form field values as analytics events.
How we use information
We use demo request information to review your needs, respond to you, prepare a relevant product conversation, prevent form abuse, and improve our sales process. We use website events to understand which pages and calls to action are useful.
